Overview

The CE408 (programmable version CE408P) is the ideal control panel for small gas detection systems that still demand high performance. A large backlit graphic display on the front shows all channels at a glance, and dedicated keys make every function accessible directly from the front panel. The robust wall-mounted housing is made from fire-retardant ABS and uses a hinge system for easy installation and maintenance. The enclosure styling is part of the New Products Design line by Giugiaro Design.

The CE408P controls toxic, oxygen and flammable gases in industrial plants and is compatible with all sensors of Series “SE” and “TS” (4–20 mA). It manages 4 sensors and expands up to 8 using plug-in boards. Setup is simplified by a pre-configured list of pre-programmed detectors, configuration is protected by a 3-level password, and an SD card supports firmware updates, data logging and programming backup.
